Why is silence important?
You may know the feeling: the very same thing can affect you completely differently depending on whether you’re in a good mood or tired and tense.
For example, when your neighbour suddenly starts singing.
If you’re in a good mood, you might just laugh about it. But after a terrible day, you’ll probably wish the whole thing would just stop.
Here you’ll find programs that help you reconnect with a calmer, more peaceful and balanced state within yourself.
We build all of this around outer and inner silence mentén építjük fel mindezt, mert mindkettő fontos.

Two Kinds of Silence
Outer Silence
When you step away from your digital and urban surroundings and enter a natural environment, you first begin to unwind. Then you start to observe.
Outer silence does not mean complete absence of sound. The natural sounds of life are part of silence too.
During Lélekkapu programs, we switch off our phones and spend most of our time outdoors.
Inner Silence
You can sit in a perfectly quiet room, but if racing thoughts and tangled emotions keep swirling around inside you, there is still plenty of noise.
In inner silence, the mental noise begins to quiet down and makes space for an alert, fully present kind of attention. A lot can happen here.
Lélekkapu experiences create an opportunity to discover and experience this inner silence.
