About
From the Past to the Present
Lélekkapu was launched in 2007 as an online home for the different approaches and practices I was working with at the time. By the time my first website appeared, I had already been supporting people for several years — although this was never a conscious career decision on my part. I simply found myself drawn into it.
Back then, I worked as a graphic designer in advertising and, to put it mildly, life had not exactly been easy on me. At first, all I wanted was to make my own difficult periods a little more bearable. To find strength even when something felt overwhelmingly hard.
Out of that search came the conversations that gradually led my friends to turn to me. Then friends of friends. And eventually people I had never met before.
After a while, I felt that my instinctive tools — attention, empathy and intuition — were no longer enough. So I began to study. This is where I discovered the world of Tarot far beyond cheap fortune-telling, followed by qigong, naturopathy, acupressure, sound therapy and family constellations. Along the way, I also explored different approaches to practical psychology.

Searching for the Holy Grail
For a very long time, I was driven by convictions rooted in belief. I searched for the method that would solve everything and for the most authentic spiritual teachings. Again and again, I believed I had found the Holy Grail — the “true” path, the “perfect” method. And, of course, every time I eventually had to face disappointment.
Over time, I began to notice two things.
What Really Matters
First, every method, approach and path can only exist within certain limits, so none of them can be absolutely valid or universally true. And second, every method, approach and path has a place if it exists at all.
I don’t always like the second part myself. But what exists does not depend on whether we consider it appropriate or not.
And this is where I would like to stop with the insights.
Because what truly matters is not what you read or what you come to realise. What matters is you — the person in whom all of this is happening.
Lélekkapu programs offer a space of connection where you can simply be yourself — without expectations, without trying to fix anything, and without having to achieve a goal.
When all of that falls away, what matters becomes visible.

Life in Tenerife
In 2019, completely unexpectedly and without much preparation, my husband and I decided to move to this extraordinarily diverse island.
And although such a change may sound idyllic from the outside, moving to another country is never truly easy. It not only pulls us out of our comfort zone — it also shows us, with surprising precision, where we really are within ourselves.
As I mentioned at the beginning, Lélekkapu has changed along with me over the years. For a while, this website focused on life in Spain and the experience of moving countries. Now I have returned to the foundations.
Because what still feels true to me is that receptive attention, deep empathy, and the freedom of intuition and creativity can bring us closer to a kind of love that reaches beyond our ordinary human emotions.
That is what Lélekkapu is about.
