Góra Edina, as the data controller (hereinafter: Data Controller), processes your personal data in accordance with this data protection and data management notice (hereinafter: Notice) when operating the lelekkapu.hu website. This Notice contains the principles for the processing of personal data processed by the Data Controller when visiting the lelekkapu.hu website and contacting us through it. When you share personal data with us or we obtain your personal data, we will use the data in accordance with this Notice. Concepts

Data controller: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. Where the purposes and means of the processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for the designation of the controller may also be determined by Union or Member State law. In the case of services referred to in this Notice, the Controller is the operator of the website.

Data management: any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or data files, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, structuring, storage, organisation, adaptation or alteration, use, retrieval, consultation, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, destruction.

Personal data:  any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, a number, an online identifier, location data or to one or more factors specific to the physical, mental, physiological, genetic, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Data processor: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Addressee: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body to which the personal data are disclosed, whether or not a third party. Public authorities which may have access to personal data in the context of an individual investigation in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be considered recipients. The processing of those data by such public authorities shall be in accordance with the applicable data protection rules, in accordance with the purposes of the processing.

The data subject's consent: a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which the data subject, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

Data protection incident: a breach of security that results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or unauthorized access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.

User: the natural person who visits the website and whose personal data is processed by the data controller.

External service provider: third-party service providers used by the data controller in connection with the operation of the websites or the provision of services available through them – either directly or indirectly – to whom personal data is or may be transferred in order to provide their services, or who may transfer personal data to the data controller. Service providers that do not cooperate with the data controller but, by accessing the service website, collect data about users, which, either independently or in combination with other data, may be suitable for identifying the user, are also considered external service providers.

Scope of processed data

IP address, date, time, address of previously visited page, data related to the user's operating system and browser, time spent on the page. When viewing the website (lelekkapu.hu), the start and end time of the User's visit, IP address, and in some cases - depending on the settings of the User's computer - the browser version, operating system type and language, the parameters of the User's device, the settings specified by the user on the website, the subpages visited and the time spent on them may be automatically recorded using cookies. The operator of the website does not (and cannot) connect this data with personal data. The user decides to share this data by giving us the express authorization and specifying the cookie settings in his/her browser. Other data provided when using the website (name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.) is also processed with the user's voluntary consent. The site operator requests that “Minors” – as defined by applicable local laws – not make legal transactions (orders or any other transactions) without the permission of a parent or legal representative.

Purpose of data processing

Data management serves the continuous relationship between users who have registered through the website and the site operator, as well as data management related to the use of related services. With the help of cookies, the system automatically generates data on the duration of the visit and the number of pages visited in order for the site operator to further develop and optimize the website services. The Operator also uses cookies to make the use of the website more convenient during the next visit. The site operator uses and manages other data provided by the user solely for the purpose of providing a higher level of service to the user. The site operator may contact the user by e-mail, telephone, fax or postal mail, unless the user has indicated one of these as a preference. The site operator does not use personal data for purposes other than those indicated. The data provided on the website is processed with the user's voluntary consent. The site operator does not transmit, publish, sell, rent or make personal data available to third parties without the user's consent, unless required by law.

Legal basis for data processing

Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, the consent of the data subject, and Section 13/A(3) of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (hereinafter referred to as the Eker Act), and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Duration of data processing

Session IDs are automatically deleted when you leave the website, but another part of the cookies helps the website operator to be aware of the user's previous settings, the data, information provided by the user, and other characteristics of the website's use, so that they do not have to be entered again on the next visit, and their settings are automatically loaded in order to achieve a more pleasant user experience. The expiration time of these cookies varies, but they are typically present on the user's device until the user deletes them.

Data access

No one other than the operator of the site (Data Controller) has access to the personal data provided by the users. The operator of the site does not pass on personal data to third parties other than those specified. This does not apply to any mandatory data transfers required by law, which may only take place in exceptional cases. Before fulfilling each official data request, the operator of the site examines each individual piece of data to determine whether the legal basis for the data transfer actually exists.

The rights of the data subject regarding data processing

The legal basis for data processing is the voluntary consent of users. Users may request information about the processing of their personal data. Upon request, the site operator provides information to the data subject about the data it processes, the purpose, legal basis, duration of data processing, the name, address and activities of the site operator related to data processing, as well as who receives or has received the data and for what purpose. The information can be requested at the postal address of the site operator or at the e-mail address info@lelekkapu.hu. You can also initiate the correction and deletion of the user's personal data at the same contact details. In the event of improper use of the Website's services and at the User's own request, the data associated with it will be deleted. The deletion will take place within a maximum of 7 working days from the initiation of the deletion request. By clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter sent by the site operator, the user can independently delete the personal data registered about him/her without a separate request.

Legal enforcement options related to data processing

A user who feels that the operator of the site has violated his or her right to the protection of personal data may assert his or her right to the protection of personal data in a civil court or may also seek the assistance of the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). The detailed legal provisions on this and the obligations of the operator of the site are contained in Act CXII of 2011 on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest. When drafting the Privacy Policy, we took Act CXII of 2011 - on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information; and Act VI of 1998 on the protection of individuals with regard to the automatic processing of personal data as a basis. The operator of the site will investigate the complaint within a maximum of 30 days. If the data subject disagrees with this, he or she has the right to contact the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

When you leave a comment on the website, we store your name, email address and website address in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you don't have to fill in these fields the next time you post a comment. Cookies expire after one year. When you visit the login page, we set temporary cookies to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. These cookies do not contain any personal information and are deleted when you close your browser. When you log in to the website, we create several cookies that save your login information and the display options for the editor. The login cookies are valid for two days, and the cookie that stores the display options for the editor lasts for one year. If you check the "Remember me" option, you will be logged in for two weeks.
